Join us for our premier event of the year! Hosted by the USNA Parents’ Club of Northern California, this event welcomes families from all service academies and all branches of the military. Connect with fellow military families, meet local Blue and Gold Officers, and enjoy a front-row seat to the spectacular San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show featuring the Blue Angels. This is a family-forward event, and all ages are welcome!

• Location: Crissy Field (West Bluff Picnic Area), San Francisco, CA
• What’s Included: Full BBQ lunch, refreshments, and a reserved waterfront viewing area.

• Current Club Members: $25
• Non-Members / Guests: $30
• West Point Parents (Must wear “Beat Army” spirit gear!): Free
• Blue & Gold Officers (BGOs) & Volunteers: Free
• Children (Under 12): Free

What to Bring

To ensure your family stays comfortable and entertained throughout the day, please remember to bring:

• Seating: Lawn chairs or large picnic blankets, as public picnic benches fill up quickly.
• SF Layers: San Francisco weather changes fast! Bring jackets, windbreakers, and layers to stay warm when the bay breeze kicks up.
• Sun & Sound Protection: Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses, plus ear protection/earplugs for younger children during the jet shows.
• Family Fun: Lawn toys, frisbees, cornhole, or soccer balls are highly encouraged to keep the kids and midshipmen/cadets entertained on the grass.

Parking & Arrival Instructions

Fleet Week is one of the busiest weekends of the year at Crissy Field. Please plan your arrival carefully:

• Closest Parking: Paid parking is available directly at the West Bluff Picnic Area Lot, but it fills up exceptionally early.
• Alternative Parking: If the West Bluff lot is full, look for spaces at the Sports Basement parking lot or along Mason Street, then take a short walk west toward the Golden Gate Bridge.
• Pro-Tip: Arrive early in the morning to secure a spot, or consider utilizing rideshare services to drop your family off directly at the West Bluff turnaround.
