The Class of 2017 has made it through Plebe Summer – Parents Weekend was last week and the Brigade reforms this week. This video highlights what they have endured over the past six weeks of the Summer of 2013, from personal challenges to building camaraderie with their classmates beginning with I-Day’s frenetic processing.

USNA Class of 2017’s Induction Day

Incoming plebes (freshmen) are processed through various stations in Alumni Hall to become members of the Naval Academy’s Class of 2017. Stations include uniform issue, medical examinations, hair-cuts and learning to salute. The day culminates with the Oath of Office ceremony at 6 p.m. in Tecumseh Court.
